On April
25 & 27, 2008 Bailey took RWD under Judges Mr. Roger Hartinger and Mr.
Henry Gregory at the Spindletop Cluster in Beaumont, TX! This was Bailey's
last weekend in the 12-18 class, so we had a picture taken on Sunday.
On April 6, 2008 at the San Jacinto
Kennel Club, showing under judge Ms. Arlene Czech, Bailey took RWD!
On December
2, 2007 at the Conroe Kennel Club AKC show, showing under Dr. Donald Gill,
Bailey won the 12-18 class, then Winner's Dog, and then Best Opposite Sex......whoohoo,
our first AKC point!!
Here's
a couple of recent pictures taken at a local AKC show in November, 2007.

Bailey and I traveled to
the TNTASC Boo Bash show, and on Friday under SBJ Terri Morgan he took
2nd place in the 9-12 class, Saturday under SBJ Rick Gann he took 2nd,
again in the 9-12 class. On Sunday, on his BIG 1 yr old birthday,
we moved up to the 12-18 class and under SBJ Earnest Hartnagle he took
2nd and was told by Mr. Hartnagle it was a close tie for first! What
a special opportunity to show under such a legend in this breed, and his
judging style and comments will stay with me forever.

Bailey and I
went to our first ASCA show in College Station, TX on 2/9 - 2/11/07 hosted
by Eastex ASC and entered all four shows in the 2-4 puppy class......woohoo,
what fun!! Our good friend, Shelly Hollen (Shalako Aussies) agreed
to show him for me until I got the hang of it, and while he didn't get any
first places (he got 3rd, 4th, 2nd, and 4th....out of 5-6 puppies), it was
great experience for him and he had a blast doing it. I finally got
talked into showing him myself in the last show on Sunday, and we did pretty
well....didn't fall on my face or embarass myself, and Bailey's happy
he got more cheese, doesn't matter who's giving it to him....it's all
good!! :-)
Here's a picture
